Banking Details Thank you for ordering from Digital Planet. To make your life easier, this serves to outline the different methods of payment on Digital Planet.
Internet Transfer

This is by far the easiest method of payment on Digital Planet. You can transfer the amount for your transaction into our account directly. Our bank details are at the end of this page.

Internet Transfers take up to 3 working days to clear and we will only order the goods once the transfer has cleared. We bank with standard bank so if you bank with another bank such as Nedbank, ABSA or any other bank, the inter-bank transfer can take 2-3 days. If you bank with Standard bank, the transfer will take about a day.

Please Note that it is only possible to refund into a South African Bank Account when dealing with Internet Transfers.

Credit Cards Digital Planet accepts Visa and MasterCard. In order to reduce our risk, we do a credit check on every Credit Card customer - this allows us to make the transaction with no chance of fraud. This also protects you, the credit card holder, as we ensure that you do not have a criminal using your credit card on our site. All card numbers are transmitted using SSL technology, which encrypts all the data. Digital Planet does not store credit card numbers. As a result, we will need you to submit your credit card details after every transaction. An authorisation will be done on your credit card as soon as the order is placed.
Cheque Deposit Digital Planet accepts cheque deposits into our bank account. Please note that cheques take 7 working days minimum to clear and we can only ship your goods once the payment has cleared. For speedy service, we recommend using a transfer instead.
Account Holders
 Digital Planet offers preferred 30-day accounts to corporate, government and educational institutions. If you wish to open an acccount with Digital Planet or for further information please contact accounts@digitalplanet.co.za
Cash
 Digital Planet does not accept cash. Please pay by bank transfer or EFT.
eBucks Digital Planet offers Ebucks customers an easy way to shop online. When you are prompted for your payment, simply choose the Ebucks icon and follow the instructions. Ebucks usually clear within 1 day. The merchant will not know any of your personal financial details and payment will be taken once the order is ready for shipping.
