On October 22nd I was telephoned by one of your staff members by the name of Saxon who wished to confirm a purchase I had supposedly made on my credit card.  As it turned out my card details had been lifted by someone the previous day at a store at which I had made a purchase.  Within less than 24 hours my card was used to purchase a computer online at your store.  Your staff’s vigilance assisted n the attempted fraud being uncovered in time.  I have canceled my card and will be contacting the store at which I made the purchase as well as laying a charge of attempted fraud in connection with the transaction.  I would like to thank Saxon for tracing me and confirming the transaction. I would also like to thank Mr. Omesh Govender for reversing the authorization on my account.  Your staff were most helpful in confirming the facts of the case by fax.  Please extend my sincerest gratitude to these individuals and anyone else who may have been involved in curbing this attempted fraud

To whom it may concern:

I have an urgent need to backup my data and required an external Hard Drive. I went onto the Digital Planet website and found what I wanted to buy but required the drive to be delivered to me way before the delivery time and it is also the festive season. To my knowledge I would only receive this drive after Christmas and it would be of no help. So I remembered a few days ago that I e-mailed the product department asking for a specific item and received a reply. I e-mail this address but received no response. After waiting a few hours I decided to look for a contact number for Digital Planet and stumbled on a Karynl@digitalplanet.co.za e-mail address.

I e-mailed this address not hoping for much but received a reply in response to my query and not that I will be contacted shortly. I was amazed. I replied to the reply e-mail with my requirements and situation. Karyn Lovesay had by then arranged for a callback and shortly afterwards a lovely lady Shavintha Maharaj had called and assisted me. She’d already had all my details and had to repeat nothing except for the item stock code. These two lovely ladies have arranged for me to receive the drive well in advance, exceeding the line of good customer service.

I have read a lot about how people never get their stuff on time but I am truly amazed and find it hard to believe. I will definitely send one of these compliments when I receive the item and recommend anyone to use this company service at any time.
