1I want to return my order! What do I do?

2What happens if an item is missing from my shipment?
Contact us either by emailing Teljoy@digitalplanet.co.za or by calling us 011 236 7819 within 24 hours of the delivery having taken place. Please have your Order Number ready.

6How long will orders take to arrive?
Office and Home deliveries are between 8am- 5pm Monday to Friday. Our delivery times are estimates and depending on the package weight, volume and the area you are based in as we service a wide range of areas and cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
7What if the arranged delivery date no longer suits me?
