external communications, and driving projects to completion.
We are currently seeking a full-time, on-site Magento developer to join our team at Digital Planet. Duties would primarily consist of developing new projects built using the Magento platform, writing custom extensions, identifying quality community extensions, and architecting new Magento bids. Applicants will be expected to provide examples of work. Daily duties will include providing support on existing Magento websites, developing custom plugins for existing Magento websites, managing version control and developing custom magento websites.
Contact Centre Manager
We are looking for an energetic, innovative and skilled Call Centre Manager to run a fast-paced Contact Centre. You will be responsible and accountable for the supervision and management of the daily operations and personnel, aiming for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Keep up with our customer service metrics to ensure consistent customer satisfaction. As the leader in the contact you will also be responsible for evaluating your team's performance and the implementation or recommendations of the necessary training programs to develop the team.
Our company is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to assist in managing our courier partners. You will be responsible for actioning escalated order, conduct accurate reporting provided and received from couriers, and manage communication with management. Ensure that our clients and their customers receive the highest level of customer service and make sure the in house couriers provide feedback to the contact centre.
Contact Centre Supervisor
Are you a quality champion and love to train and develop others? We are looking for a Contact Centre Supervisor that will become the key member of the Training & Quality Assurance unit, with a focus on quality adherence and customer satisfaction. The QA supervisor is responsible for the day to day supervision and coaching of the QA team, monitoring and evaluating all orders for the contact center to ensure consistency across business units and a continually improved customer experience.
Client Services Manager
The Client Services Manager will ensure total client satisfaction through the coordination and management of operations activities and projects between the client and Digital Planet’s Operations Team. Successful candidates will be accountable for formulating operations strategic plans per client to support the needs of each client.Also optimise customer’s contact and delivery experience across all relevant operations teams.
We are looking for a dynamic individual to oversee the management of stock within the business, from stock received from suppliers to stock sent to customers. This includes accountability of all stock coming into the Digital Planet warehouse and also having a unique knowledge of different products being distributed for various clients. Ensure that physical stock and the system is in line. The stock controller will be responsible preparing the SOP’s to ensure less risk of stock loss. You will be responsible for resolving issues without bypassing good working practices.
Field Sales Representative
We are looking for a passionate Field Sales Representative who will manage and grow the current business portfolio and develop more internal client opportunities within our client's branches. You must have very strong sales skills and have a sound understanding of gadgets. Must be able to communicate effectively with people from different levels in the organisation. You must be comfortable with travelling away from home and have a driver’s license and your own car.
Device Guru Agent
You will apply your active listening skills to gather customer’s information in order to fully understand the customer's query. You will also guide customer's through troubleshooting, uninstalling/reinstalling basic software applications and setups.
